Trusted UK Healthcare Partner for US Service Personnel

Proudly providing medical services to both serving and retired US military personnel across the United Kingdom

From routine consultations to complex service-connected evaluations under the VA Foreign Medical Program (FMP), our British clinicians deliver private, professional and culturally-aware care for the American military community living, working or stationed in the UK.

Extensive Experience with US Veterans

A long-standing commitment to caring for the US military community in Britain. As an approved site under the VA Disability & Compensation Scheme, we have completed numerous assessments, medical evaluations and tailored treatment plans — building deep expertise in service-connected disability cases and the unique health challenges veterans face.

Specialist Knowledge of Veteran Health

Our medical team is well-versed in the service-related illnesses and conditions associated with military life — including VA-recognised presumptive conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), other mental health needs, and the chronic or combat-related injuries that often require long-term, sensitive management.

Highest Standards of Care

We hold ourselves to the standards expected by the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Our clinicians pursue ongoing professional development, our processes align with VA requirements for documentation, reporting and follow-up, and we support each veteran through the entire journey — from first enquiry to continued care.

Areas of Veteran Healthcare Expertise

Conditions we routinely assess and treat for US veterans

Our team has developed deep familiarity with the categories of illness and injury most commonly encountered in serving and former US military personnel — and the documentation standards the VA requires for each.

VA Presumptive Conditions

Comprehensive understanding of presumptive service-connected illnesses

We have a thorough working knowledge of the conditions the VA recognises as presumptively connected to military service. Our clinicians are familiar with the eligibility criteria, the supporting evidence required, and the assessment frameworks used by VA reviewers.

This means evaluations are carried out efficiently and reports are prepared with the level of clinical detail VA decision-makers expect.

Common Questions

About the VA Foreign Medical Program in the UK

Practical answers to the questions US veterans most commonly ask before booking with us.

The Foreign Medical Program is a US Department of Veterans Affairs benefit that provides reimbursement for medical care delivered outside the United States to eligible veterans for VA-rated, service-connected conditions. It allows qualifying veterans living, working or stationed abroad — including in the UK — to receive treatment from approved overseas providers and have eligible costs covered by the VA.
Yes. We are an approved UK site under the VA Disability and Compensation Scheme and have provided assessments, medical evaluations and tailored treatment plans for many US veterans. Our clinicians are familiar with VA documentation expectations and the Foreign Medical Program processes.
Our team supports veterans with consultations, medical evaluations for service-connected conditions, mental health assessment and care including PTSD, management of chronic and combat-related injuries, and onward referrals where required. We also offer in-house ultrasound, image-guided injections, blood tests, women's health, weight management and general practice services from the same clinic.
We are based at Woodside House, Station Approach, Hinchley Wood, Esher, Surrey KT10 0SR — easily accessible from London, Surrey and the wider South East. Hinchley Wood mainline station is directly opposite the clinic, offering quick rail access from Waterloo and surrounding areas.
You can book online through our secure booking system or call us on 020 8398 1688. When you get in touch, please mention any FMP authorisation, VA case details or supporting documents you already have, and our team will guide you through the next steps and the appointment type best suited to your needs.
Cover under the Foreign Medical Program is determined by the VA based on your eligibility, the conditions for which you are rated, and the specific treatment provided. Reimbursement processes and any patient contribution are governed by the VA — we recommend confirming coverage with the VA's FMP office in advance. Our team can support you with the medical documentation typically required.
