A bespoke (or "compounded") medication is a prescription prepared specifically for one patient by a licensed pharmacy. Instead of a standard mass-produced product, the active ingredients, strengths, base, flavour or delivery format are tailored to your clinical needs — useful when you have allergies, sensitivities, swallowing difficulties, or when a standard product simply doesn't exist in the form or strength you require.

Yes. All prescription medications require an appointment with one of our experienced GPs. This ensures your treatment is safe, clinically appropriate and tailored to your medical history and health goals. Consultations can be booked in person at our Hinchley Wood, Esher clinic or by video where clinically appropriate.
Yes. We offer personalised HRT preparations including bioidentical oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone formulations in creams, gels, lozenges and capsules — designed around your symptoms, blood results and treatment goals as part of our wider menopause and perimenopause care.
Absolutely. We regularly prescribe bespoke creams for pigmentation, melasma, acne, rosacea, eczema, anti-ageing concerns and hair loss. Active ingredients, strengths and bases are chosen based on your skin type, sensitivities and overall treatment plan.
No. We are unable to prescribe or supply controlled drugs through our bespoke medicines service. This includes opioids and other substances regulated under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
